Allison Anderson is co-author of the 2015 ATD book “Ready, Set, Curate!” She has a passion for creating compelling experiences for organizational learners. With more than 20 years’ experience as a learning leader in higher education and the private sector, Allison’s roles have included Learning Strategist at Intel Corporation and Director of Learning at ESCO in Portland, OR. With a focus on social and collaborative learning, learner experience and strategic visions, her favorite projects include creating a staff and faculty training program for Lewis & Clark College and leading Intel’s Learning Community of Practice. Her work has been highlighted in CLO Magazine, The New Social Learning (ASTD Press and Wiley, 2014), The 2020 Workplace (HarperBusiness, 2010) and Next Learning, Unwrapped (lulu.com, 2011). Allison is a frequent presenter and facilitator at leading industry conferences, including DevLearn, the ATD International Conference & Expo, Training 2012, Europe’s Corporate Universities, Ac@damies, Estrategiasde eLearning Brasil, the Social Learning Boot Camp, the CLO Symposium and the Wharton Executive Program for Work-Based Learning Leadership. Allison has also led presentations at Elliott Masie’s Learning Conference on topics as wide-ranging as learning ecosystem, social learning, curation and women in learning.
