Graham Johnston is a leader in the Deloitte Talent Development Center of Excellence - Best Practices and Innovation group. In this role, Graham helps shape the firm's Talent Development vision and strategy. He is responsible for optimizing Deloitte's learning and development programs by incorporating innovation, industry trends, and leading internal and external practices to address Talent priorities and business needs. Graham leads the Talent Development measurement strategy, eminence strategy, and vendor relationship management efforts, and also supports other strategic Talent initiatives for Deloitte. Graham and his wife Jeanne live in the Maryland suburbs of Washington, D.C. with their daughter Madeline and son Alexander.
